Jake is a personal trainer and NPC Men’s Physique Competitor. He trains clients using his knowledge of functional exercise, basic nutrition, and exercise principles. He is dedicated to self-improvement, continuous learning and to helping people be the best that they can be.

Alex

Alex believes that exercise can be a great tool to transform a person's life. He has been a fitness enthusiast since 2005 and now gets to share his passion. He pays special attention when training clients to maximize the effectiveness of every workout. He is known for being patient, supportive and attentive to form.

Sangwon

Sangwon is a personal trainer who has previous experience playing on his high school's soccer team, and his college's recreational basketball team. Sangwon has been a fitness enthusiast for more than seven years and has an Art History degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is currently attending Los Angeles City College to pursue his dream of becoming a physical therapist.

Duke is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine. He specializes in supporting clients with exercise routines that improve their overall fitness and health. He is a recreational soccer captain, coach and is currently preparing for a career in law enforcement.
