Meet Our Pilates Instructor


Jason has trained in yoga and Pilates for over fifteen years and currently teaches his own technique to develop long lean muscles while focusing on core strength and flexibility. Over the past twenty years, he has toured both nationally and internationally with various of dance companies and agencies. Jason has a deep passion for helping others reach and maintain their fitness goals. Jason is Certified in Zumba Instruction, Certified First Aid and CPR and is a Graduate from CalArts with Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Choreography and Production.
