Joeen is a certified pilates instructor, TRX Personal Trainer, Certified Antigravity Yoga Instructor and Licensed Acupuncturist. She believes that a body free of tension and fatigue provides ideal shelter for housing a well-balanced mind that is able to succesfully meet any problems that one may face. In her view, health is a normal state of the body and it is our duty to maintain it.
